SHIPPING POLICY
We will endeavour to dispatch orders ASAP (generally within 2 business days upon receiving payment). Your order will be sent via Courier or Australia Post. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye out for when you should expect delivery. Simply enter your tracking number via the designated Couriers website (e.g. AusPost) to track your order.
Generally all deliveries will be received (Aust only) within 4 business days from the date of shipping however sometimes the delivery times can be affected by, for example, your location, the time of year (e.g. Christmas), extreme weather conditions, public emergencies, or transportation issues, to name a few. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please contact us.
If we're unable to fulfil your order, you will will be notified immediately by email or telephone and a full refund will be given.
All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of GST.
International freight:
Freight costs are for delivery into country only, and do not include local taxes and duties. These will vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with the appropriate local authority to determine if any taxes or duties apply before placing your order.
